At Lorenzo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Lorenzo account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
